“The Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) contract is a Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $12.5 billion, supporting the Department of the Air Force, including Air Force, Guard, and Reserve bases worldwide.
